Boys & Girls Club Riverview Teen Center at V.O. Dobbins

V.O. Dobbins- Riverview Teen Center | 301 Louis St., Kingsport

Ph: 423-441-8366 | Hours: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

At the Boys & Girls Club Riverview Teen Center, we believe teens need positive role models and experiences to help them pursue greatness. Our Teen Center offers after school services to students ages 12 (7th Grade) - 18, providing them with a variety of experiences and skills as they transition to adulthood. Our focus is to expose members to a variety of programs and opportunities that they may not get anywhere else.

Through each of the core initiatives that we provide to our teens, we are thankful for the support that we receive from both individual and corporate partners who have the skills and resources to positively impact the lives of our teen members. If you are interested in volunteering your time to support our club teens, please reach out to us.

The Riverview Teen Center follows the Kingsport City Schools academic calendar and our School's Out Days are scheduled to align with their calendar.
We are excited to announce that due to growth and new programming focused on teens and pre-teens that all 12-year-olds will now be attending our Riverview Teen Center.

  • Our site drop-off and pick-up is just beyond the pickleball courts at VO Dobbins Rec Center. You park in the parking lot just past the pickleball courts and will see the Boys & Girls Club wording and sign on the brick building. Our entrance is just to the right of the HeadStart playground that you see there.
  • Hours at the Teen Center are the same as the Eastman site.
  • Tay Smith is the Site Director and Teen Services Coordinator. She is the best and has lots of years of experience working with our teens and pre-teens.
  • If your child rides the Boys & Girls Club bus from Scott County, Sullivan County or Robinson Middle School, there will be no change for them. We will make sure they are delivered to the Teen Center.
  • If you child attends Sevier Middle School, they will ride Kingsport City Schools bus #21 to the Riverview Teen Center.
